The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.


Delivery estimates are "good faith" estimates only. The Collection Furniture, Inc. will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. 

Damaged Merchandise
The customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt and must communicate in writing any visible damage before signing the invoice. Damaged items must be packed in their original boxes and return at the time of the delivery with the same delivery truck. If for some reason customer does not report the damage to the truck an inspection fee will apply.


All sales are tax-free if delivered out of the State of Florida. 

Payment Methods
Our secure server accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa / Visa Electron and Switch / Maestro via “PayPal” or "Google Checkout”.

The Collection Furniture, Inc. does also accept checks and wire transfers. These payments must be made in full at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared.  

User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.


Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). 

The Collection Furniture offers each and every single customer our "No questions asked, hassle-free" return policy at the time of delivery. We proudly offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery (while the delivery truck is still on sight) for any reason and without question. After the item is refused at the time of delivery, the customer can elect to receive store credit or a refund for the amount paid. Once delivered and accepted, items are returnable within 3 calendar days of receiving the item(s) and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges, in addition to any shipping charges incurred. After the time of delivery, full refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. Returns made after the item(s) have been delivered and accepted must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 954-530-0524. Orders with a value of $2,500, plus, which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and  special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.  

Mattress Returns
-The Collection Furniture offers a 30 Night Comfort Promise, which provides our customers with 30 nights to exhange your mattress for another mattress of equal or greater value. Exchanges are not permitted within the first fourteen days of the delivery date, due to the fact that it takes at least two weeks to adjust to your new sleep surface. Only one exchange per customer is permitted. The exchange fees are as follow: Twin or Full $150.00, Queen $200.00 and King $250.00. This Comfort Promise is voiid if there are any damages or stains on the mattress.

-Custom or special order mattresses are final sale items, which are both non-returnable and non-refundable, no matter the date. There will be no returns or refunds on special order or custom mattresses; no exceptions.

Order cancellation
Orders with a value of $2,500, plus, which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30%, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and  special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions. 

All refunds are processed in the following manner: credit or debit card transactions placed online are refunded online within 7 business days of the refund request/approval date, cash or wire transfer transactions are refunded in the form of a Certified Cashier's Check or Company Check, which is sent by mail within 30 days of the refund request/approval date. 

Manufacturer's warranty
The Collection Furniture grants or implies no warranties on the performance of any products. All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturers' warranties, which are typically included in the packaging of the product(s). Should you need warranty service, contact The Collection Furniture at 954-530-0524 and we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf. The Collection Furniture WILL charge a mandatory $99.00 USD processing fee to cover initial warrantry charges, an in-home inspection fee of $75.00 USD (if necessary), plus additional freight charges and pick-up/ delivery fees involved in servicing your product(s).

The Collection Furniture, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.

The Collection Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.

You agree to indentify and hold harmless The Collection Furniture, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site. 

We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.

All domestic and international orders are subject to the governing laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida.
